Liberty View is a 28-story condominium tower completed in 1991 and located in Battery Park City, Manhattan. The building primarily offers two-bedroom residences along with studio and one-bedroom layouts that have been reconfigured or renovated over time. Architecturally straightforward, the tower emphasizes large windows and private balconies or terraces that capture Hudson River and Statue of Liberty vistas. Interiors commonly feature entrance foyers, galley kitchens, hardwood floors, oversized windows, high ceilings and abundant closet space; many units include en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. Shared spaces are focused on everyday convenience and neighborhood engagement: a staffed 24-hour doorman and concierge, laundry rooms on each floor, a furnished roof deck with panoramic water and skyline views, bicycle storage and some private storage options. Outdoor access to the Hudson River Park Esplanade and nearby landscaped parkland is an extension of the building’s living experience. The property operates as a pet-friendly, smoke-free condominium with a live-in superintendent and on-site staff services. Parking is not primary on-site but off-site parking and shuttle/transport links to downtown transit nodes are commonly used by residents. The building’s location places it steps from waterfront paths, commuter ferries, PATH and multiple subway lines, supporting a pedestrian-oriented, park-adjacent urban lifestyle.
