99 Florence

The Farm is a low-rise, single-story condominium community completed in 1986 and set within more than a dozen acres of professionally landscaped grounds in Chestnut Hill. Units are primarily two-bedroom plans that emphasize bright, airy interiors with high ceilings and large windows; many residences include dens or studies, eat-in kitchens, walk-in closets, wet bars, and private foyers reached by elevator in select homes. Outdoors the property reads like a park, with ponds, a waterfall, Japanese-style plantings, formal gardens, walking trails, and multiple patio or balcony options tied to individual units. Shared facilities focus on recreation and convenience: an in-ground pool, tennis courts, a clubhouse with a fitness room, and surface guest parking, plus assigned garage spaces (often tandem two-car garages). Typical maintenance features include sprinkler systems and professional landscaping; on-site management provides community oversight. The complex sits close to Chestnut Hill’s retail and dining centers, with easy access to Route 9 and the Green Line, offering a suburban, amenity-rich lifestyle within reach of urban connections.
