Monthly scheduled activities that include; bus trips, bands, pot luck meals, bingo, and holiday-specific such as hayrides and Breakfast with Santa. Deed is for shares in campground and not for the actual land so there are no property taxes so essentially you become a part owner of the campground with voting rights.
