One Wall Street

One Wall Street is a landmark 50-story Art Deco tower originally completed in 1931 and thoughtfully converted into condominium residences. The building offers a mix of studios through four-bedroom homes, many with ceiling heights above ten feet, wide-plank French oak floors, detailed millwork and generous storage. Kitchens are finished with high-end materials—custom cabinetry, stone slabs, integrated appliances and modern ventilation—while primary bathrooms use heated floors, travertine and large soaking tubs or walk-in showers with thermostatic controls. Common areas and amenity spaces are layered across multiple floors and the podium. A private residents’ restaurant and bar open onto a large landscaped terrace; a 38th-floor fitness center includes a 75-foot lap pool with skyline and harbor views; private coworking suites, children’s and teen rooms, dog spa, bike and storage facilities support daily life. The base integrates major retail and wellness anchors—Whole Foods and a multi-story Life Time fitness destination—with private elevator access and complimentary memberships for residents. Full-time concierge, doormen, porters and resident managers deliver white-glove service. Architectural preservation guided the conversion: original Art Deco proportions and detailing have been retained and reinterpreted alongside contemporary systems and finishes.
