A six-story condominium in Harlem built in 1921 and reimagined with contemporary residences. The collection includes studios, two- and three-bedroom homes that emphasize high ceilings, large windows and open living plans. Interior finishes across units favor refined, European‑crafted kitchens with stone counters, recessed lighting, double-vanity baths and generous storage including walk-in closets and entrance foyers. Exterior features highlight private outdoor spaces of varying sizes, wraparound balconies on select homes and a communal roof deck. Shared amenities are substantial for the scale: a 24/7 attended lobby reached via a planted garden walkway, a fitness center, a residents’ lounge connected to an expansive landscaped terrace, a children’s playroom and multiple outdoor entertaining areas with barbecue facilities. The building supports a smoke-free environment and provides on-site storage; parking is not emphasized in listings. Located a short walk from Morningside Park, the Apollo Theater and Columbia University, the property sits within a dense neighborhood of cultural venues, restaurants and transit (close to multiple subway lines), offering an urban lifestyle with access to green space and community-oriented conveniences.
