Central Park Tower is a supertall, 98-story luxury residential skyscraper completed in 2020 on Manhattan’s Billionaires’ Row. Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill with interiors by Rottet Studios, the building rises to among the highest occupied residential floors in the city and contains a range of large-format units from one-bedroom homes to multi-bedroom full-floor and duplex residences. Apartments emphasize dramatic ceiling heights and expansive glazing: many units feature floor-to-ceiling windows, galleries and formal entry foyers, oversized walk-in closets, and en‑suite baths finished in marble. Gourmet kitchens are specified with custom Smallbone of Devizes cabinetry and premium Miele appliances; interiors include items such as kitchen islands, chandeliers, double vanities, and bidets in select homes. Common areas and resident services are organized around an in‑house private club, the Central Park Tower Club, offering roughly 50,000 square feet of curated amenities across multiple floors. Shared facilities include indoor and outdoor saltwater pools, a sun deck with cabanas, a high-tech fitness center, spa with steam and sauna, screening room, business center, lounges, and multi-purpose entertaining spaces including a high-elevation private ballroom and dining on the 100th floor. Recreational offerings extend to a double-height windowed sports court, half-court basketball, landscaped terraces, and private outdoor terraces attached to some residences.
