About

Skyline Tower at 3 Court Square is the tallest residential building in Queens, rising 67 stories and 778 feet above the Court Square section of Long Island City. Completed in 2021, the tower was designed by Hill West Architects with interiors by Whitehall Interiors and developed by United Construction & Development Group, led by Chris Xu. The condominium contains 802 units ranging from studios to four-bedroom residences, plus 17 penthouses on the upper floors and roughly 15,000 square feet of commercial space at the base. The building stands directly across from One Court Square, the pale-blue former Citigroup tower that long defined the Queens skyline, and its asymmetric glass profile contrasts with that landmark's symmetry. The facade combines reflective and translucent blue glass with clear glass corners, and many units feature small corner balconies. Floor-to-ceiling windows deliver 360-degree views of Manhattan, the East River, the Queensboro Bridge, and Brooklyn. Interiors include European white oak flooring, open kitchens with quartz countertops and high-end appliances, and bathrooms with marble surfaces and radiant heated floors. Amenities are among the most extensive in the borough and include a 75-foot indoor pool, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a spa with sauna and hot tub, a double-height residents' lounge with billiards, a children's playroom, a business center, a pet spa, cold storage, bicycle storage, and an on-site parking garage with valet. The building has a full-time doorman, concierge, and live-in superintendent. A dedicated entrance connects directly to the Court Square subway station served by the E, M, G, and 7 trains, putting Midtown Manhattan within roughly a five-minute commute. The CUNY School of Law sits adjacent to the tower, and the building is a short walk from the Hunters Point Library, the East River waterfront, and ferry service to Manhattan and Brooklyn. Skyline Tower was 6sqft's 2018 Building of the Year and was the first Queens condominium project to surpass a billion-dollar projected sellout.
