A low-rise residential condo and townhouse community constructed in 1975 and arranged primarily in two-story buildings. Units include one- and two-bedroom floor plans with a mix of ground-floor condos, stacked units, and two-story townhomes; many two-bedroom homes place bedrooms upstairs with en-suite baths while some ground-floor plans offer main-level primary suites. Interiors commonly feature eat-in kitchens or islands, pantry and laundry rooms, walk-in closets, tile or updated flooring, screened or open lanais/balconies, and a range of built-in cabinetry and storage. Exterior amenities emphasize relaxed Florida living: a heated community pool set in landscaped park-like grounds, a clubhouse for gatherings with kitchen and restrooms, outdoor patios and decks, fruit trees and sprinkler irrigation, plus storage units and assigned covered parking spaces or carports. The association appears established with solid reserves and covers water/sewer and building insurance in some HOAs. Pet restrictions vary by unit but several listings note no pets except service animals. The community is sited near Rosen Park and historic downtown Fort Myers, minutes from boat ramps and the Cape Coral area, offering a quiet, low-density neighborhood lifestyle with convenient access to regional shopping, dining, and waterfront recreation.
