620 Mchenry Rd

A low-rise condominium complex built in 2002 with four stories and primarily two-bedroom residences arranged around elevator access and interior corridors. Units feature open floorplans, high or cathedral ceilings, hardwood or ceramic floors in main living areas, and sizable kitchens with 42-inch cabinetry and granite counters. Many homes include first-floor bedroom/bath options, pantry space, walk-in closets, in-unit laundry, and private balconies that overlook adjoining parkland. Common elements include a staffed lobby, controlled-entry doors monitored by TV, storage rooms, and underground heated garage parking with assigned spaces and elevator access. The exterior sits immediately adjacent to a public park and short walking distance to a commuter rail station, neighborhood retail, and schools; sidewalks are heated through winter. HOA services typically cover water, trash, and cable, with an association that allows rentals. Pet and specific parking rules vary by unit/HOA; some listings reference special assessments and occasional building maintenance issues under resolution. The overall neighborhood offers a suburban-urban mix with nearby shopping centers, restaurants, and quick access to expressways while delivering maintenance-free condo living focused on light-filled interiors and park views.
