A low-rise condominium complex set within a gated golf and tennis community in Fort Myers, built in 1990 and arranged primarily as three-story manor-style buildings. Units are predominantly two-bedroom, two-bath floorplans with cathedral ceilings in many top-floor homes, split-bedroom layouts, eat-in kitchens with islands or breakfast bars, and enclosed lanais that extend living space and capture golf-course and lake views. Interiors often feature built-in cabinetry, walk-in closets, dual sinks in primary baths, laundry hookups, and a mix of tile, travertine or luxury vinyl flooring; many residences are sold turnkey with furnishings and recent appliance or HVAC updates. Exterior character is defined by manicured tropical landscaping, shared courtyards, gated entry, covered reserved parking or carports, storage closets, and outdoor living elements such as patios, grills, and irrigation. Community-scale amenities focus on recreation and social life: a Gordon Lewis championship 18-hole golf course with practice facilities, multiple Har-Tru tennis courts and pickleball, bocce, two heated pools and spas, a fitness center, a full-service restaurant and bar with patio dining, and an activities director programming events. Practical features include hurricane shutters, storm-rated doors, on-site maintenance, and a bundled master association model that can include golf, tennis, internet and TV services. The complex sits minutes from Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel/Captiva, offering a blend of coastal access, resort-style leisure, and an active social calendar.
