The Grand Mulberry is a seven-story boutique condominium completed in 2021 and composed of an intimate collection of 20 residences offering one- and two-bedroom layouts. Designed by Morris Adjmi, the façade pairs contextual references to the neighborhood with clean contemporary detailing. Interiors emphasize high-quality finishes and thoughtful proportion: oversized casement windows, seven-inch white oak plank flooring, cathedral ceilings in select units, custom millwork, solid-core doors, and generous storage. Kitchens are bespoke with white matte lacquer cabinetry, brushed brass hardware, honed dolomite islands with waterfall edges, and Miele appliance packages with externally vented range hoods. Baths showcase custom walnut vanities, terrazzo flooring with radiant heat, and matte black plumbing fixtures. Building amenities include a full-time doorman, package room and bike storage, a landscaped roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen, optional private storage for purchase, and elevator access. Practical comforts include in-unit washers and dryers, central VRF heating and cooling, in-wall speakers, and pre-wiring for smart home systems. Located at the nexus of SoHo, Nolita, and Little Italy in Manhattan, the property sits on a lively, walkable block with restaurants, galleries, and transit nearby, delivering a refined, neighborhood-driven urban lifestyle.
