Middlefork Woods is a low-rise, three-story condominium complex constructed in 2001 that groups a mix of traditional condo layouts and multi-level townhouse-style units across garden-like grounds. Architecture favors warm, residential detailing: brick and siding exteriors, generous windows, private balconies or patios, and landscaped common green spaces. Interiors commonly feature nine-foot ceilings, hardwood or tile flooring, granite counters, maple cabinetry, built-in storage and masonry gas fireplaces; many units offer in-unit laundry, walk-in closets, and primary suites with dual sinks, soaking tubs and separate showers. Shared building amenities include a formal lobby, elevator service to upper floors, roof deck access, individual storage rooms and occasional first-floor bedrooms with direct outdoor access. Parking is provided as two assigned indoor heated garage spaces per unit plus additional surface spots; some listings note underground heated garages. Pet policy permits cats and dogs with a roughly 25-pound limit. The association is professionally managed and the site is highly walkable to Northfield conveniences—grocery, pharmacy, coffee, library, restaurants and trails—making the complex feel like a contained, village-scaled community suitable for buyers seeking low-rise condominium living with substantial in-unit living space and on-site storage.
