450 Warren is a five-story condominium in Brooklyn completed in 2021 and realized in collaboration with SO-IL. The 19-unit building reads as low-rise urban contemporary architecture with sculpted public circulation: a central open atrium with planted trees, curved glass elevator enclosure, and woven metal-mesh walkways that admit light and air while defining shared circulation. Residences are predominantly two-bedroom layouts with at least three exposures, 10-foot-plus ceilings, oversized double-insulated windows and extensive private outdoor space — many units include covered entrance foyers and terraces or planted roof terraces. Interiors emphasize refined, tactile materials: warm blonde wide oak floors, museum-finish floating walls, frameless flush doors, exposed concrete ceilings in places, and custom millwork around chef’s kitchens fitted with Bosch appliances and stone or Rosa Portogallo countertops. Primary suites feature generous closets and spa-style baths with radiant floors, clerestory windows and marble floating vanities.
