Completed in 2022, The North is a low-rise, seven-story condominium in North Williamsburg offering 44 residences focused on two-bedroom layouts alongside smaller unit types. The exterior presents a contemporary, pared-back palette that pairs large windows with subtle industrial and natural-wood accents. Interiors emphasize open-plan living with oversized glazing for abundant daylight, streamlined kitchens equipped with Bosch appliances, generous primary suites with en suite baths and walk-in storage, and in-unit washers and dryers. Almost every residence includes private outdoor space ranging from small balconies to substantial terraces and planted roof decks; many terraces are delivered with irrigation systems and Mont Alpi gas-grill islands. Shared amenities are curated for everyday convenience and recreation: a virtual 24-hour doorman, a fitness room with Peloton and NordicTrack equipment, a furnished rooftop terrace with outdoor kitchen and planted living walls, and Tesla/EV-ready parking and storage. The building also provides common conveniences such as an entrance foyer, dining-area configurations in select layouts, and additional building storage. Located steps from McCarren Park, the property places residents within easy walking distance of waterfront access, art and fashion retail, restaurants, and the L train, supporting an active, neighborhood-centered Brooklyn lifestyle.
