Allegro is a newly completed luxury condominium tower in downtown Nashville, finished in 2026 and focused on two- to four-bedroom residences. The mid-to-highrise building presents contemporary architecture with a streamlined façade, large glazing runs, and a curated lobby leading to climate-controlled common corridors. Interiors emphasize modern finishes, open-plan living areas, and full kitchens sized for short-term rental use; many units include private balconies and flexible bedroom configurations. Shared amenities are resort-oriented and designed for guest appeal: a staffed front desk, concierge services, secure package handling, a fitness studio, a residents’ lounge, and a rooftop terrace with city views. Parking is provided via an attached garage with controlled access; bike storage and EV charging are available. Management offers on-site operations tailored to transient occupancy, including housekeeping coordination and dedicated maintenance. The building permits short-term rental operation under its ownership structure, and on-site teams support booking and turnover logistics. Located steps from Broadway, Allegro sits within walking distance of live music venues, restaurants, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, and convention facilities, placing residents and guests in the center of Nashville’s entertainment corridor and urban transit options.
