7525 Nantucket Dr

A low-rise, four-story condominium complex built in 1977 that primarily houses two-bedroom units with one- and two-bath layouts and occasional three-bedroom end units. The exterior presents mature landscaping and tree-lined grounds with private balconies or patios overlooking common green space. Common-area features emphasize convenience and accessibility: a staffed lobby, elevator access to all floors, underground heated garage with assigned spaces, additional outdoor parking, and on-site storage lockers and bike room. Interior finishes vary by unit due to ongoing individual updates; frequently noted items include open living/dining plans, walk-in closets, first-floor bedroom options, granite or quartz counters, ceramic or travertine flooring in entries and kitchens, and in-unit laundry hookups or stacked washer/dryers. Building services and resident amenities are communal and family-friendly: an in-ground outdoor pool with pool house, coin-operated laundry facilities in the garage area, and secure entry with proximity to public thoroughfares. The association enforces typical condo rules and allows gas grilling on balconies in some units; pet policies and exact service levels vary by unit/owner. Located in Darien, Illinois, the complex sits near schools, shopping, restaurants, parks, and major expressways, offering a suburban commute-oriented lifestyle with walkable nearby conveniences.
