Reunion Grande is an 11-story condominium complex built in 2007 within the 2,300-acre Reunion Resort in Reunion, FL. The property aggregates two- and three-bedroom floor plans (commonly marketed as one- and two-bedroom condo types in listings), many arranged with open living/dining layouts, eat-in kitchens with granite or stone counters, solid wood cabinets, and tile or marble flooring. Typical interiors include tray and high ceilings, crown molding, built-in features, walk-in closets, dual balconies for select plans, in-unit utility areas, and concierge-access elevator service. Common areas emphasize resort-style living: a roof-top restaurant and bar with a panoramic pool and sun deck, multiple lower-level pools, an expansive water park with lazy river, fitness and spa facilities, conference spaces and on-site retail. Outdoors the development supports tennis and pickleball courts, irrigation, landscaped sidewalks, playgrounds, and manicured views across three signature championship golf courses. Services and operations are resort-oriented with valet and concierge, 24-hour manned gated security, and an active rental program for owners. Parking and guest access are managed within the resort; pet and specific parking policies vary by unit/association. The building’s location places residents minutes from Walt Disney World with straightforward highway access to wider Orlando attractions and airports, combining a vacation-resort environment with full-time residential amenities.
