VITA South is a newly completed 12-story condominium in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards neighborhood (2025) offering one- and two-bedroom layouts. The project was developed to Passive House standards and emphasizes high-performance building systems: oversized triple-pane windows, mechanical ventilation with filtered fresh air, VRF heat-recovery climate control, and an air-source heat pump water heater. Residences feature warm European oak floors, high ceilings, built-in closets or walk-in closets depending on plan, integrated Gaggenau kitchens with natural stone countertops, and smart-home controls. Many homes include private outdoor space ranging from compact balconies to substantial terraces above 60 sq ft. Common areas begin with double-height, attended lobbies and an amenities suite that includes a staffed lounge with entertaining kitchen, two private fitness centers with Technogym equipment, a golf simulator, and furnished rooftop decks with grills and landscaping. A sanctuary-style spa offers a steam room, sauna, experiential shower, and treatment room. Building services include 24/7 staff and package hubs. Located on Manhattan’s west side, VITA South places residents steps from Hudson Yards shops and Whole Foods, the High Line and Theater District attractions, with extensive subway and regional transit access nearby.
