VITA is a newly completed 12-story condominium in Manhattan (2025) offering one- through four-bedroom residences conceived by INC Architecture & Design. Units feature oversized triple-glazed windows, wide-plank European oak flooring, and spacious walk-in closets. Kitchens are custom, milk-oak designs with honed Fusion Blue Quartzite counters and fully integrated Gaggenau appliances. Bathrooms use honed Grigio Trambiserra marble, Bardiglio Versilia mosaic floors with radiant heating, oak tambour vanities, thermostatic memory showers, and TOTO Neorest fixtures.
