The EC Committee has begun lowering the level of the Upper Mill Pond. The plan is to lower the level to allow much of the silt to solidify. Weather permitting, our crew will try to remove much of the overhanging foliage. That foliage removal should allow the hydro-vac crews to more easily access this area for silt removal.
