An MLS or also called as Multiple Listing Service is a powerful online tool started and operated by REALTORS® to make transaction efficient and seamless for real estate brokers, realtors, and also home buyers. There are over 800 MLSs across the country and each is geographically based—and all separate from each other. You can only access your local MLS if you are a state licensed real estate broker or an affiliate professional.
