I am very happy to be able to post my house with a flat fee. The changes have been fairly priced. I just bought ten more. I am very happy when changes are made quickly. When it takes 2-3 days over a week-end to make a change it is maddening. Please put someone in change of changes.

Completing my listing with Houzeo has been an invigorating experience so far. As I was filling in my information for my home listing, I could clearly see all of the tasks I needed complete before my home was listed on the MLS. I had a bit of a computer issue and the online support gave me some immediate ideas that worked to remedy the issue. Today I had my first Open House. I put up yard signs at both entrances to my neighborhood. About 50 people went through my house. Many of the visitors were neighbors but that was OK with me because they may know of a buyer. I found I could print out the listing which made a good color handout. My home is not yet sold, but I am having fun along the way.
