Hello, I am Buddy, the owner and lead inspector of PatriotPro Home Inspection Services, LLC. I hold both a CPI (Certified Professional Home Inspector) and a Professional Real Estate Inspection certification. These certifications are with both interNACHI (InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and with ICA (Inspection Certifications Associates). Additionally with Certifications in Radon measurement, Sewer Scope, Infrared, Mold and Air Quality sampling all of this ensure you will get the quality of inspection that you desire and peace of mind. Plus we are one of the only inspection companies in KC with a crawlspace robot. My beliefs thrive on honesty and communications, knowing that is the key to success. 

I have spent the majority of my adult life serving my country and my community. I am a US Military Veteran and a Nationally Registered Paramedic and Certified Firefighter. I spent a number of those years in management, instructor and a mentor, this gained me respect as leader. This has allowed me to honed my keen eye and skills to detect and identify even the smallest of details, how to mitigate them and responsibly report them. 

I also have over 15 years in construction related fields primarily as a Real Estate Entrepreneur and General Contractor including real estate remodel flips and sub contracting consulting construction project management.
