Pete Mizeres (Inspector)

Detailed Home Inspections was founded and is managed by Pete Mizeres who has performed several thousand residential and commercial inspections over the years and has mentored many new home inspectors in NE Ohio along the way.

Pete holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and has personally trained several state licensed and ASHI certified home inspectors and is currently mentoring and coaching new and experienced inspectors nationwide in semi retirement as Pete no longer performs inspections in the field or trains new inspectors.  

Prior to starting Detailed Home Inspections, Pete worked in the plastic injection molding industry as a plant manager, engineering manager and quality assurance / quality control director and quality management subject matter expert for several custom plastic injection molding facilities.  Pete was responsible for implementing preventative and corrective action strategies for high volume production defect prevention and detection and has transferred this experience and knowledge over to his management of Detailed Home Inspections where we endeavor to continuously improve our effectiveness in the market place by adopting and implementing process improvement and corrective action strategies with the goal of meeting and exceeding our clients expectations.
