Why do prices on Houzeo vary for different states?
"Houzeo is working on building its broker network nationally. As such, prices are lower for states like NC and CA, where there's an existent network. In regions less busy, prices might be higher so we can incorporate brokers/agents into our system. What is the exact total cost of using Houzeo service?

Why do we need to select an agent? Do I have to pay any extra fee to listing agent?
You need a Listing agent to get on the MLS. It’s included in our price. No fee or commission outside of this.
Is there any other charge apart from the flat fee for the plan?
With Houzeo, you only pay the flat fee to get listed in the MLS. There is no Listing Agent commission or any other mandatory fee paid to Houzeo or the Listing Agent.

Do you charge a commission?
There's no Listing Agent commission - so with the Flat Fee MLS, you save that 3%. We recommend you offer a competitive commission to the Buyer's Agent, usually around 2.5% to 3%

Can I provide a flat fee commission for the buyer's agent?
Yes, you can either give a flat fee or percentile amount for BA's commission.
