Had Jason come out to get a price to buy as is, setting down at the table he said it was about an hour process. I told him we would be getting an appraisal but would like for him to give a price as is an we would decide what made more sense fmv minus realities fees and any repairs or sell as is. That wasn’t what he wanted to hear he stated he didn’t have a warm and fuzzy feeling and maybe they weren’t a good fit. He felt the conversation was abrasive. I told him I would like him to give me a price as is again he said he did not have a warm and fuzzy feeling and they were not a good fit .First of all my wife an I were at her parents house to make sure they wouldn’t have been taken advantage of. So if your feelings were hurt Jason,I don’t care and I felt you were very unprofessional. You are exactly why we wanted to be there. We just wanted a price and after 15min you realized you were wasting your time because you realized we would not accept a low ball offer.
